Tom Brady first Super Bowl Ring in 2001

Tom Brady won his first Super Bowl Ring as the New England Patriots this season. The game was played at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, on February 3, 2002. Following the 911 terrorist attacks earlier in the season, the NFL postponed a week of regular-season games and moved the league’s playoff schedule back.

Rams, outgained the New England Patriots 427-267 in total yards in the Super Bowl games. New England Patriots built a 1703 third-quarter lead off three Rams turnover. After holding penalty in the fourth quarter negated a Patriots fumble return for a touchdown. Ram’s quarterback Kurt Warner scored a 2-yard touchdown run and threw a 26-yard touchdown pass to tie the game. 17-17 with 1.30 remaining.

Without any timeouts, Tom Brady led his team down the field to set up kicker Adam Vinatien’s game-winning 48-yard field goal as time expired.

Tom Brady completed 16 out of 27 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown, was then named the Super Bowl MVP. With the Rams being 14 points favourties, it was the biggest upset in a Super Bowl game since Super Bowl III, as of the 2021 season, the biggest upset since the AFL-NFL merger.

This earned Tom Brady his first Super Bowl Ring.

Brady Second Ring – 2003 Ring

Many sports media and writers consider this game one of the most well-played and thrilling Super Bowls.

Although neither team could score in the first and third quarters, they ended up with a combined total of 868 yards and 61 points.

The game was scoreless for a Super Bowl record 26:55 before the two teams combined for 24 points prior to halftime. The clubs then combined for a Super Bowl record 37 points in the fourth quarter.

The contest was finally decided when the New England Patriots kicker Adam Vinatieri’s 41-yard field goal was made with four seconds left. New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named Super Bowl MVP for the second time in his career. This earned Tom Brady his second Super Bowl Ring.

On the side note, this game is also known for its controversial halftime show which Janet Jackson adorned with nip slip, was exposed by Justin Timberlake for about half a second which later referred to as a ‘wardrobe malfunction’.

The game was close throughout, with the teams battling to a 14–14 tie by the end of the third quarter. The New England Patriots then scored 10 points in the 4th quarter with Corey Dillon’s 2-yard touchdown run and Adam Vinatieri’s 22-yard field goal.

The Philadelphia Eagles then cut their deficit to 24–21, with quarterback Donovan McNabb’s 30-yard touchdown pass to receiver Greg Lewis, with 1:48 remaining in the game but could not sustain the comeback.

Overall, New England Patriots forced four turnovers, while New England Patriots wide receiver Deion Branch was named Super Bowl MVP for recording 133 receiving yards and tied the Super Bowl record with 11 catches.

Tom Brady finished the game with a completion of 23 out of 33 passes for 236 yards and 2 touchdowns. With this victory Tom Brady became the fourth quarterback to win at least three Super Bowl Rings, along with Terry Bradshaw, Joe Montana and Troy Aikman. Tom Brady also became the fourth quarterback to throw a touchdown pass in three different Super Bowl games.

The New England Patriots joined the Dallas Cowboys as the only teams in NFL history to win three Super Bowl Rings in a span of four years.

Tom Brady – 2016 Super Bowl Ring

Tom Brady won his 5th Super Bowl Ring playing for the New England Patriots. Making Tom Brad the quarterback that won the most Super Bowl Rings. Tom Brady was named the Super Bowl MVP making his fourth time winning this title. The most award won by a single player in the history. This game was commonly known as the largest comeback in the history of the New England Patriots regular season or post season games and also Tom Brady’s NFL career.

2020 Super Bowl LV Super Bowl was a head down between Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs and superstar quarterback Tom Brady playing as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
